So, I stuck with the plan and did not indulge at all this week. I have really been determined to reach the goal of having lost 50 lbs from Jan. 1/12 to July 1/12. I walked/jogged twice a day and did weights and toning exercises. I did not give in to the temptation of cookies, chocolate or even fruit (high in glucose) that was before me this week. I know I lost inches because I tried a pair of shorts on last week and could not do them up. This week, I could do them up, althought they are a tad snug.
Paul, on the other hand, did give in and had a few cookies, a cupcake and a few chocolates. He said they weren't as good as he thought they would be and isn't as tempted to indulge in the future.
So, without further adieu, how DID we do???

Paul: -38.6 lbs
Combined Total Weight Loss: - 88.8 lbs
My math was off for last week. I lost 0.2 lbs less than I put in the post and was off on Paul's total weight loss. Hence the discrepancy and correction this week.
